David Sellman, MD

David P. Sellman, MD is a urologist with McIver Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born and raised in LaGrange, GA.

Dr. Sellman is a graduate of Presbyterian College, a liberal arts school in Clinton, SC. He graduated summa cum laude and majored in Philosophy with a minor in Biology and Chemistry. He was awarded a music scholarship and played cello in the orchestra during his time at Presbyterian College.

He attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA.

He completed a urologic residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. His training was well-rounded and had a major focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques including endoscopy, laparoscopy, and robotic surgery. As a chief resident he was awarded the Kirkland Excellence in Care Award for demonstrating compassion and dedication to providing the highest quality care to patients.

Dr. Sellman has been involved in multiple publications involving prostate cancer.
